Return Policy

If you change your mind and cancel your order within 24 hours of it being placed, you can request a full refund. A cancellation after a subscription has renewed will not be refunded. A cancellation simply ensures that the subscription will not renew again. Once a box is shipped there are no refunds and no returns. Address changes must be made by the 10th of the month. DFAmom is not responsible for additional fees charged by Customs for international orders. If your box is returned to us, re-shipment of your package may be requested to cover the cost of additional shipping charges.
